MHAPS is a peer-led and peer-delivered mental health and addictions service. All its staff have their own experience of mental distress or addiction, and of meaningful recovery. Their experience helps them to listen to you carefully.

To access any of their programmes, groups or services, you're welcome to pop in for a cuppa and conversation with a peer worker. You don't need a referral or appointment. Drop in between 10 am and 1.30 pm Monday to Friday (11 am to 1.30 pm on Tuesdays).
