Gender identity resources for schools & sport organisations
All children and young people in Aotearoa New Zealand have rights. These include the rights to be safe and included. They also include the rights to take part in education, sport and society.
The resources below provide guidelines for schools and sports organisations. They may also be useful for parents to know what to expect from these groups.
Support groups can help you advocate for gender-affirming environments and activities.
