Appetite for Life is a six-week weight management and healthy lifestyle programme. It's for people who want to achieve better health and a healthy weight without dieting, and to have a more positive relationship with food.

Appetite for Life is not a diet. It promotes lifestyle changes that help you:

Trained facilitators deliver the programme to small groups of up to 15 participants.

Appetite for Life is free for participants.
