All Right? wellbeing campaign

All Right? He kaupapa hauora

All Right? is a campaign designed to help Cantabrians think about our mental health and wellbeing, and ways we can improve it.

We have all been through a lot in Canterbury and there are lots of things about the recovery that cause frustration and stress. All Right? seeks to let people know that it is normal to feel how they do and there are things they can do to boost their wellbeing.

All Right? messages are not rocket science – improving our wellbeing can be as simple as:

This is not intended to trivialise the real pain that many people are experiencing. It is intended to remind people that we can and already do take care of ourselves and each other in very simple ways.

The All Right? campaign is a Healthy Christchurch project led by the Mental Health Foundation and Te Whatu Ora Waitaha. Along the way we have received support from many organisations. These include the Red Cross, Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority (CERA), the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Social Development and Strategies with Kids – Information for Parents (SKIP).

You can share your ideas on what makes you feel all right at www.allright.org.nz.

If you want to contact someone at All Right?, email hello@allright.org.nz.
