  • Whānau Ora. Improving and strengthening the wellbeing of families through health, education, economic and social services.
  • Alcohol and other drug assessment and referral to the appropriate services.
  • Support to quit smoking.
  • Well Child checks and support for the development, health, and wellbeing of children under 5.
  • Mothers and pēpe. Support for new mothers through pregnancy and with babies under 2.
  • Matua Support. Weekly activities or outings for the elderly.
  • Ola o Aiga. Health promotion for families with children under 14. This may include dental care, vision and hearing support, nutrition, and physical activity.
  • Mental health. One-on-one support to develop a recovery plan and intervention plan. Referral to community support services. Cultural activities and links to other families who have experienced mental illness.

    Weekly community exercise programme, Tuesday, 11 am Samoan-Addington Seventh-day Adventist Church, 61 Brougham Street, Christchurch. All welcome.
