Appetite For Life

Appetite for Life is a six-week weight management and healthy lifestyle programme. It is for people who are tired of dieting and just want to have a normal relationship with food.

Appetite for Life is not a diet. It promotes lifestyle changes that help you:

Trained facilitators deliver the programme to small groups of up to 15 participants.

Appetite for Life is subsidised by the Ministry of Health so it doesn't cost anything to join a course.

Each two-hour weekly class involves:
